Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of A2Z Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Inc. ("A2Z Professional"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services in Ontario and across Canada.
2. Services Provided
A2Z Professional provides janitorial, building maintenance, moving, and staffing solutions. The specific scope of work for each client will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Quote. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Payments and Billing
Clients agree to pay all fees as specified in their respective quotes or contracts. Invoices are typically due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under Ontario law.
4. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be provided in writing. For recurring janitorial services, a 30-day notice period is generally required. For one-time services like moving or power washing, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Liability and Insurance
A2Z Professional maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and WSIB coverage for all employees. While we take every precaution, our liability for any damage is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and the value of the service provided.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
